	Bookings are handled by dedicated customer service team utilizing our web-based system. This is where course calendar, joining instructions and record delegate training history can be assessed. Bookings can also be handled through our dedicated phone lines, email or written request. However, company client can be trained to access our web-based system directly giving them 24/7 control over training arrangement.
