IASST CONFERENCE IN NAMIBIA

This meeting which was attended by the Country Representative  Sir,Emmanuel Onyekwena discussed modalities  for  updating and Refresher training requirements of Chapter VI of the 2010 Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention 1978 and the STCW code which will come into effect in 2012.
